Our BOOKING ENGINE shows you the available dates and the current daily rates. Please check the rate descriptions before you finalize your booking. Some of the rates may have special booking conditions.

If the requested dates are marked as not available, please feel free to cotact us at reservation@hoteloktogon.hu. In case of any cancellation you can be the first who will be served.

The best daily rates and promotions are available on-line eleven months in advance. Please contact us directly if you need to book any room beyond this period.

HOTEL POLICIES

Guaranteed reservation and deposit

All reservations made through the hotel's official web site must be guaranteed by a credit card accepted by the hotel (see below). The guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.

Accepted credit card types
VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, UnionPay and JCB, AMEX, Maestro.

Accepted types of 'Szép Kártya'
At our hotel we accept the Szép Kártya issued by OTP, MKB and K&H Bank.
The Hotel may pre-authorize the provided credit cards anytime.

Check in time: from 2:30 p.m.

Check out time: until 11 a.m.

Early arrivals and late departures
If you plan to arrive in the morning and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend to reserve the night prior to your arrival. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel. If you choose not to reserve an extra night, we will be glad to store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge.

Please kindly note that if you would like to check in early in the morning between 10 AM and 1 PM, it would be an additional 30 EUR fee. Between 7 AM and 10 AM, it would be an additional 50 EUR fee which is payable upon your arrival.

After noon the following extra charges apply:
- until 3:30 p.m. late check-out costs: 50% of the daily rate
- after 3:30 p.m. 100% of the daily rate is payable

Child policy

Children under 2 years stay free of charge.
Children aged 3–10 years are charged an additional €30 per child, per night when sharing a room with their parents or guardians.
Children aged 11–17 years are charged €30 per night for a room-only rate, or €48 per night for a bed and breakfast rate, when staying with their parents or guardians.

The sofa bed or the baby cot must be requested in advance. Highchairs are available in the breakfast room. Children below 18 cannot stay in the hotel without adult supervision.

Pet policy
Pets are allowed with restrictions for an extra charge of 30 EUR/day (food is not included). Please contact the hotel prior to your arrival.

According to the amendment of the 2016 CLVI. law, from 1st September 2021, all accommodation service providers are obliged to record identification documents (e.g. ID cards, passports) of all guests using the document reader upon check-in. The system protects the rights, security and property of the data subject and others.
In the absence of presenting the document, the accommodation provider will refuse the accommodation service.
